1. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account, voting, purchasing a ticket, making a payment, creating or managing a contest or event, claiming a Fame Profile, using campaign tools, or otherwise using FamePadi, you agree to these Terms and any policies referenced on the platform.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. Where email verification, identity review, KYC or other verification is required, the information you provide must be truthful and current. FamePadi may restrict, suspend or close accounts that impersonate another person, contain false information, abuse the platform or create security, fraud or compliance risk.
3. Organizers, contests and events
Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of contest, award, pageant, event, fundraiser and campaign information they publish, including dates, prizes, venue details, eligibility rules and participant information. FamePadi provides technology and audience-engagement tools and may also enter into separate verified sponsorship or partnership arrangements with selected organizers, contests, events or brands.
4. Voting
Votes may be free or paid depending on the contest. A vote is considered recorded when FamePadi confirms and credits it to the selected contestant or entry. Users must not manipulate results through fraud, bots, unauthorized payment methods, chargeback abuse, multiple-account abuse or other conduct intended to distort results.
Public vote totals and rankings may change as transactions are processed, reversed, corrected or reviewed for integrity. Where professional judging is used, final results may combine public votes with judge scores according to the competition rules.
5. Payments
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. You are responsible for confirming the amount, contestant, ticket, event or service before payment. Where a provider reports a successful transaction but the associated FamePadi action is incomplete, FamePadi may reconcile the transaction using payment records and tracking references.
6. Tickets and events
Tickets, passes and QR codes are issued for the specific event and ticket type shown at purchase. Event organizers remain responsible for event delivery, venue access, schedules, postponements, cancellations and any event-specific conditions displayed before purchase.
7. Fundraising
Fundraising pages are created for the stated purpose shown by the organizer. FamePadi may provide collection, visibility and tracking tools but does not guarantee that a fundraiser will reach its target.
8. Fame Profiles, claims and verification
A contestant or talent profile may only be claimed by a person with a legitimate connection to that profile. FamePadi may request evidence before approving a claim. Verification badges, partnership marks and trust labels reflect a specific FamePadi review status; they do not guarantee future performance, prize fulfillment, event success or financial returns.
9. Prohibited conduct
- Fraud, impersonation or false identity information.
- Vote manipulation, automated abuse or unauthorized access.
- Harassment, illegal content or infringement of third-party rights.
- Payment abuse, fraudulent refund requests or malicious chargebacks.
- Attempts to interfere with FamePadi security, software or availability.
10. Intellectual property
FamePadi branding, software, design and original platform content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Organizers, contestants, brands and users are responsible for ensuring they have permission to upload logos, images, music, video, trademarks and other materials they submit.
11. Availability and changes
FamePadi may improve, modify, suspend or discontinue features when necessary for security, compliance, maintenance or product development. We aim to maintain reliable access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, FamePadi is not responsible for losses caused by matters outside its reasonable control, including third-party payment-provider outages, organizer non-performance, telecommunications failures or unauthorized account access caused by a user's failure to secure their credentials.
