Organizers are responsible for publishing accurate event information, contestant details, eligibility rules, voting dates, judging criteria where applicable, ticket terms, fundraiser details and any prize or sponsorship commitments they make.
Organizers should not misrepresent results, manipulate payment records, impersonate participants or use FamePadi for unlawful or deceptive activities. FamePadi may preserve audit records, review suspicious activity and restrict access where platform integrity or user safety is at risk.
Payments, commissions, processing fees, settlement timelines, refunds and chargebacks are subject to the applicable FamePadi settings, payment-provider rules and the terms shown to the organizer and customer at the time of a transaction.
Organizers must have the right to publish the names, images, videos and other materials they upload and must handle participant and supporter information responsibly. Marketing messages should only be sent where the recipient has provided the required consent.
